{"id":422,"date":"2011-05-24T19:36:48","date_gmt":"2011-05-24T19:36:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shamanicart.com\/?p=422"},"modified":"2011-05-24T19:36:48","modified_gmt":"2011-05-24T19:36:48","slug":"taos-tigress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/msiero.com\/artplussoul2\/2011\/05\/24\/taos-tigress\/","title":{"rendered":"Taos Tigress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-423\" href=\"http:\/\/www.shamanicart.com\/taos-tigress\/800-taos-tigress-copyright\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-423\" title=\"800 Taos Tigress copyright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shamanicart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/800-Taos-Tigress-copyright.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"640\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This painting was inspired by a trip I took to the Santa Fe and Taos area after the death of a close family member.\u00a0 At the time, I understood that this area was the spiritual center of the United States and that we could draw upon the deep wisdom of the Native American cultures for healing the planet.\u00a0 While I was there I had an intense vision that my part in this planetary healing was to develop a clothing line imbued with sacred and instinctual energy, using natural fibers, animal skins and beauty.\u00a0 The purity and clarity of the Taos air reveals almost transcendent colors and I knew that this was my gift- to incorporate these colors into the clothing.\u00a0 It was a powerful vision and I made a commitment to the task.<\/p>\n<p><em>The message:\u00a0 The human psyche is very attuned the clarity and vibration of color as well as the inherent harmony of beauty.
